Order & shipping times

Items are shipped within 3-7 days working days of receipt of payment. Custom orders may take 1-2 weeks to be completed before being dispatched. We will be in touch to confirm the time.

Orders are shipped using DHL Express with a tracking number. Items to most destinations should arrive within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch.

 

Lost or damaged items

If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you. We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

- the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.

- the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.

- the loss or damage occurs after delivery.

- the item was authorized by you to be sent without tracking.
