Wrap a strip of paper around your finger and mark where it overlaps. Measure your knuckle too to be sure your ring can slide on and off comfortably. Measure the paper with a ruler in mm. Refer to our size chart to find your corresponding ring size.

We work closely with many suppliers around the world to source the best quality ethical stones and metals.

Items are shipped within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment, according to Items and specific requests. Custom orders may take 1-2 weeks to be completed before being dispatched. We will be in touch to confirm the time.

Orders are shipped using FEDEX Express from Bali Indonesia with a tracking number. Items to most worldwide destinations should arrive within 4-6 working days from date of despatch.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you.

We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

- the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.

- the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.

- the loss or damage occurs after delivery.

- the item was authorised by you to be sent without tracking.

We accept payment via Paypal and major credit cards through secure Stripe payment system.

Contact us within 24 hours of your purchase if you wish to make changes to your order. Any changes made after this time period will still be accepted but will incur a fee which will be set according to case-by-case basis. This does not apply to custom orders.
