Refund policy

Any items to be returned or exchanged must be shipped within 14 days of delivery date. Return shipping will be incurred by the buyer, unless you received an incorrect order from us.

Please follow our instructions below if you wish to make a return:

• Inform us of your intent to return by emailing ask@hackerdesigns.com and we will give you the necessary details.
• Ship with a tracking number and optional insurance if you wish to be refunded by your courier in the event of loss during delivery.
• Please keep a record of your tracking number and send this to us.
• Make sure items are returned exactly as you received them - unworn and in original packaging. Please ensure to package the item well, as refunds will not be given if the goods are returned to us damaged.

Sale items or customized orders are non exchangeable and non refundable.
