Changes to your order
Contact us within 24 hours of your purchase if you wish to make changes to your order. Any changes made after this time period will still be accepted but will incur a fee which will be set according to a case-by-case basis. This does not apply to custom orders.
Easy returns & exchanges
Return/exchange items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery date. Return shipping fees will be incurred by the buyer, unless you received an incorrect order from us.

Fast shipping
Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment using DHL Express with tracking number. Custom orders may take 1-2 weeks to complete before being dispatched.
Items to most destinations should arrive within 3-5 working days from date of despatch.
